Beth Harmier is the real estate broker for BethHarmier Properties. Beth has several real estate credientials: ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative); CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) -- Less than 5% of Realtors have this designation; e-Pro (Electronic Professional); and GRI (Graduate Realtor's Institute). Beth is a member of San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Assocation of Realtors (NAR), The San Antonio GRI Society and Independent Real Estate Professionals (IREP). Beth has held the offices of Secretary (twice), Treasurer, Vice-President, & President in the GRI Society. She has also been Secretary of IREP for 4 years.

Beth has a varied background. Before obtaining a real estate licence, Beth worked in education for more than 15 years after obtaining a BA degree in History and Math from UTSA. Beth also worked for a financial institution for more than 10 years in Texas and California. She held several positions : cashier; head cashier for 5 local branches; assistant branch manager; and branch manager.
